10:00 GDPR ON TRIAL!
BE PART OF THE JURY! In this session you will have a chance to witness and directly impact a judge’s decision during a trial reenactment with a company being prosecuted by the ICO for a severe data breach. The judge will need to determine the scale of punishment for the defendant and he will rely on his jury (made up by our audience) to reach a final decision. Will the defendant be able to track back all his steps in order to prove he’s not guilty of breaching data? Will the company be able to show that they’ve put in place all the right processes to ensure a fair usage of personal data? Help the judge determine what went wrong and ensure justice is served.
