The founding partner of INVNT, Scott Cullather is a recognized industry leader with more than 25 years of brand communications and live event experience. Under his leadership, INVNT has redefined the way organizations communicate to their employees, customers, and business partners.

Across his career, Scott has led teams in the design, production, and execution of hundreds of the largest B2B and B2C live events and brand engagements in over 40 countries for dozens of the world’s leading brands, companies and trade associations. He also has a deep experience in producing shows in China having lead teams at the Shanghai and Beijing Motor Shows as well as the Launch of the GM China Advanced Technical Center and GM Family Day.

Since the company’s inception in 2008, the goal was to challenge and change the perceptions, attitudes, and behavior of audiences essential to client success. Scott and the INVNT partners immediately challenged the core industry business model, creating a true brand communications agency that disrupted the traditional approach in how brand events were created, designed, budgeted, and delivered.
